Why am I still doing this?

A deconstructed sandwich is a presentation style where the traditional components of a sandwich are served separately rather than assembled in the typical stacked or layered structure. Instead of placing all the ingredients between slices of bread, each element is presented on its own, often in an artistic or visually appealing manner.

Another Season in Hell is a work in progress; an unfinished book. It is a hypertext sequel to the extended poems A Year at Work (Erkembode, 2018) and A Season in Hell (Rimbaud, 1873.) How can it be a sequel to both of those books? What makes it a hypertext sequel? It’s also going to be an exhibition but the exhibition will be a faux-book launch. Why does it need an exhibition? Why does the exhibition need to be a faux-book launch? There is a short film called Hell House in the making. Shouldn’t the film be called Another Season in Hell?

It began as a series of reworked email updates from Sainsbury’s Chief Executive Mike Coupe. Why would anyone rework email updates from a supermarket CEO? And one day Another Season in Hell will be an object with pages and a cover and monetary value and you will be able to purchase it and then hold it in your hands and place it on your bookshelf or donate it to your local charity shop and they can place it on their bookshelf. At this time Another Season in Hell is this website and this part of the writing process requires a series of performative digressions to feed in and out of it. Why am I still doing this? Why is he still doing this?
